They helped me, newly widowed, through a complicated sale of a unique 100-year old property in western Fresno County. It was a beautiful older home surround by 5 acres of mature Mediterranean landscaping. Wayne and Emily guided the process and I knew I was in good hands. Once the property was sold, I moved into a wonderful home in northwest Fresno, a home they found for me and made the purchase process as smooth as can be. The team of Wayne & Emily helped in so many ways. I was living out of State, visiting, and looking for a home in a specific area. Wayne showed me all the homes I wanted to see; one fit the bill and we put in an offer. When it was accepted I had 30 days to close escrow put my home on the market in Oregon and arrange to move. Wayne and Emily were instrumental in making it all come together. I loved having them as my agents - anything out of the ordinary they helped with, including after sale issues that I needed assistance with.
